All Participants arriving by evening Tuesday, August, 4th, are welcome to a pan-industry, stake holder, welcome party! ...on the lawn at Bale Breaker Brewing Company. A bus from the hotel will be provided at 6 pm for a short drive to the venue. The festivities continue until 9 pm. A limited supply of food and beer will be provided by ISHS to all, and then available for purchase from vendor trucks and from the brewery. An exciting guest speaker, Gennifer Murray, Founder/President of CannLabs will give a short talk on developments in our sister industry.

For Spouse, Family, and Guests:

We encourage you to bring your family. Yakima Valley offers many agricultural touring activities during the days. Depending on interest a companion tour could be arranged. The opening mixer on the lawn at Bale Breaker (Tuesday) and the farm tour and dinner (Saturday) at Golden Gate Ranches are free, family-friendly and fun! All other meals at the meeting venue and the Moxee Hop Festival are open at cost. Please indicate your meal needs for non-registrants in the comments at registration, and we will bill you for the additional costs.

Wednesday, August 5th, is a full day of mixed events for HRC and IHS participants, including a mixer with refreshments at the hotel for all, and chance to see research posters and meet IHS researchers. A traditional HRC researcher dinner will be expanded to include a guest speaker of interest to all. All HGA, NCPN, USHIPPC, and IHS participants are encouraged to attend. Posters and drinks will continue after the dinner. Please indicate the number of unregistered companions attending this dinner ($35) in your registration comments.
